Default fuel problem, regulator?

So i pulled the plugs out when doing all the other crap.. and once again they are burnt up... I have a walbro 255 pump in tank... and have adjusted the fuel a bunch of times with the hp tuners... my wide band in the headers always reads between 15.7 and 15.0 weather ideling, cursing or wfo,

A few people have tried to ad fuel and just dosnt work. so before i fire this up with the new supercharger i have to address the issue or ill have scatterd parts...

Its on a 01 so it has the return fuel line... Im assuming that the regulator is bad, If so what do you guys run?

You're also assuming that you aren't getting enough fuel pressure. It's time to cough up the cash and get a fuel pressure sending unit that HP Tuners can read.
