With your return style system FP should stay up and increase with decreasing vacuum or increasing boost. So either the regulator is bad or the pump is not keeping up. If it gradually falls with increasing RPM then I would suspect the pump.

No kit. I modified my bucket and added a -8 AN feed line to an external filter, check valve, and an adjustable FPR after the rails. I used the factory feed line as my return.

trever1t, Are you saying I need to get 60lb injectors and a Magnavolt? What is a Magnavolt?

DrX, why did you put the FPR after the rails? How did you mod. your bucket?

I added a bulkhead fitting for the new feed line to the top of the bucket. Also did away with the intank filter and FPR. The pump is connected directly to this fitting. In a truck style module(Avs are a little different) your return could connect to the tube that drives the venturi pump to retain that feature(where the factory FPR plugs into).

My feed line is Y'd into the back of both rails(Radix). The returns from the front of both rails go to the FPR. Then the return from there goes back to the tank. You could do it differently but this is a better setup if you can do it.

Magnavolt is Magnuson's fuel pump voltage booster. It is boost/RPM triggered.

I pulled the vacuum line of the fpr. Driy, not wet. I will install the new inline booster pump and put in a new fuel filter. We'll see if this changes it. Maybe the filter has some blockage, not sure probably has 10k on it. I have a felling the pump is weak.

DrX, What kind of boost are you running? I will not be running over 8lbs max, so I'm wondering if I need to go to something like this or is there a simpler solution. I noticed that the factory FPR has a torx screw in the top of it. I wonder if that could be adjusted to make a little more pressure from the start? Or, could I use the Magnavolt with my sytem the way that it is?

Are DrX and I the only ones with returnless systems? Any other ideas?

Trever1t, Did you add the Magnavolt to your stock returnless sytem? If so, that sounds like the simplest wayto go.

Thanks again everyone

I noticed a drop in FP (to about 48 psi under boost) when my walbro started going bad, but it was only a matter of days before it lost pressure all together. It would still pump just had maybe 20psi.

Yes. Although I was not running lean at wot I added the 60lb injectors and the magnavolt for security. I already had an intank 255lph pump.
