I don't know the wiring on the truck , but if we pull the truck bed off Im sure we can get at the wires going to the pump =).
Its best to check the wiring as close to the pump as possible.
I just did a recheck on the pressure on my system cause I was interested. Holds 52psi after prime , 61ish psi when running ( I have a rail regulator like you do but I keep mine with no vac on it).

I was concerned I could have a kink in the line somewhere. I also picked up another stock fuel rail yesturday. I'll be replacing that tonight just to cross that off the list. Hot wire kit is not scheduled to come in till the 22nd.
