that is a good find. Lucky bastards.

It just sucks on their end all the emotional attachments and sorts. It would be a good memory though. My brother is looking for a 79 Monte Carlo to honor my dad.

Why would keeping one of her Dads things be a bad thing? Makes no sense to me.... I'm sure her dad would be happier knowing it was being put to good use by someone close to the family instead of sold off to the highest bidder.

i didnt want to post it up since its not really my business but their father/daughter relationship is complicated. after 20 something years of marriage her dad and mom got a divorce over something that ive never really wanted to ask because its probably serious since she didnt speak to her dad for over half a year until one night he got drunk and was driving and got in a car accident and ended up passing away of internal injuries...so yeah, i can understand if she doesn't like being reminded of her father every time they ride around after going through so much during his last days

You can get a new front mount for as low as 2,000. If he starts at $2,500 he is only going to see the bids roll DOWN.

You can't keep it for yourself?

That's what I was thinking. Before my dad died he said he wants to keep the house in the family but if no one would take care of it he'd rather us sell it.
