Here's the deal. Finally got the motor in and running. Put in the br7's went to fire it up and it was back fireing and all kinds of stuff. Acted like a distributer 180* out. Pulled a couple plugs to check spark and they were soaked with fuel. Well I found the issue. I had taken the coil packs and harness off the brackets to paint the brackets. My son reassembled one and flipped the harness 180* from how it was suppose to go on. Found the issue, fixed it and it fire right up. Went to start the tuning and engine break in and it runs like a champ. However, soon as it goes over 100kpa it starts breaking up super bad. Tune is the same one I had before but with new injectors settings for the FIC 1000's. First time it broke up it was a little lean so I figured that was the issue. Richened it up some to around 11.5:1 from 13.5-14 AFR. That made it better but it's still breaking up bad enough it doesn't pull.
Other than that it's been doing great. Stuffed it down at a red light just to see how the throttle response was. It jerked hard off the line and not even a second latter was in boost. I don't even think the rear tires were past the white lines.

It's what they came with. I checked them but don't remember what it was. Seems like it was .025
I've never had a NGK plug with a screwy gap unless it was dropped.
Wires are pretty new less than 30,000 miles. Stock ones lasted me over 100,000.

Pulled all the plugs and cleaned them up. Found one wire that the insulation was busted. Swapped it out and now it pulls through much better than before. It's not quite 100% just yet but way better. I think ill do new wire all around and see what that does. I forgot that I had to switch over to the 6L wires when I swapped the coil packs. No telling how many miles are on them.
It was a little smokey in boost but I figured that's cause the rings aren't fully seated. Been trying to load them but it's hard when it breaks up.
