500-600 hp = stock crank and newer style "floating" rods. All day, every day. I wouldn't even consider forged crank or rods.(your results may vary. Tuning can be a factor...)

Yea if your looking for 500-600 on the street just keep stock internals just have a good motor and you'll be set.

the motor i bought has 250k on it the guy told me that why i looking to change internals.
