I just had the wifes 2005 avalanche (flex fuel) tuned with the sts turbo kit. 303hp and 330tq. I used the turbonetics t62-1 81ar. only 3psi. and 104% dutty cycle? Tuned with HP tuners 2bar. I hope the fuel pump has alittle more in it because the injectors are done. Now I am thinking of useing meth or 42lb injectors and tune again. what do you think? Is this normal?

 

I had a 10psi spring in the waste gate thinking it was 5psi. I had to keep cutting the spring in the waste gate to only alow 3psi.

 

Oh, I'm not running a intercooler by the way.
