I was pushing a little bit past the seals but it was barley noticeable and didn't smoke. I put a Melling high volume pump in it and now it is really pushing it past the seals. I'm going to try a restrictor and see if that will fix it.

Unfortunetly that's the nature of the beast. Turbo's can be a little fickle the harder you push them. But Trick and KB have experience up their sleeve so your probably gonna be safe.

It should be I had the turbo rebuilt less than 500 miles ago. It is really tight and doesn't have any radial endplay.

I'm about ready to say f... It and throw my SW long tubes back on and get a TVS 2300 in a few months. I don't really feel like dumping another 2k on another turbo to continue to fight little gremlins. I think somebody fed those little bitches after midnight!

NO not really each engine, turbo, and set ups are all different. Usually turbos are self regulating on the oil coming in, but if that area is just a tad off, the turbo will spec out fine but the amount oil entering the turbo is more then any drain can handle, it backs up against the rings and leaks through.
Mike let me know if the restrictor packet I sent worked out.
