Default First LS build, can I get a review?

Decided I needed a fun project and my current engine is only running on 6 cylinders (might be because its a v6) so I bought a junkyard LY6. The truck is a 2012 chevy 1500 and no reason to half *** it so I figured I'd go the turbo route at the same time. I bought the engine with about 200k on it and tore it down over the last couple weeks. Everything inside looks in really good shape with the exception of the cam bearings. I've got a lot of mechanical experience but havent built an engine before so I figured this would be a good way to learn. Plus seeing what people are doing with these engines and the generally low prices looks like fun. Main goal is to learn new stuff, keep the truck street drivable enough to still be able to go to home depot and buy 2x4s and loads of gravel or whatever. I've got a lot of road racing (track) but havent really done drag racing or anything very high hp, so I also think it might be fun to learn a new area.

Right now I think I have a general idea of what I want to do for the build. Let me know if you see any big mis matches, forgotten things, or places where a little bit more money would go a long way.

LY6 (6.0L gen 4) - SBE (thinking maybe go for pistons now, looking at full rotating assemblies I dont want to spend 2kish but pistons might be the next weak link and looks like a set of Wiseco Pro Tru Street pistons are about 500 and I could do that or any other suggestions)
Main bearings - they look really good tempted to just leave them
Cam - TSP LS3 Stage 2 Turbo Cam, 225/234 .629"/.600" 115 LSA (25-TSPLS3TURBOSTG2)
Valve Springs - TSP .660" Dual Spring Kit w/ Integrated One-Piece Seat & Seal, Titanium Retainers, PAC Springs
Turbo - BW S480 (might do some clone to save some cash, it is a junkyard build, but thinking this ballpark for size, maybe S475)
Wastegate - VS Racing VSR60WG
Controller - Holley solenoid 557-200
ECU - Holley Terminator Max X (want to be able to control the transmission for some later project plus this sounds like a pretty good option for any future builds.
Gasket Kit - https://www.texas-speed.com/showprod...olt-gasket-kit (should I go for head studs? the ARP are pretty pricey any other good options?)
Injectors - Holley 1000cc 100lb/hr EV6
Fuel Pump - Stock in tank and add Bosch 044 inline
VVT Delete kit

I really dont have much E85 near me, so if anything maybe meth in the future. This is my first LS engine so I'm learning a lot. Generally love the prices compared to other cars, plus the truck is from the west coast so no salt or rust and the engine bay is huge so lots of room to work on it. Anything real obvious I'm missing or parts that seem overkill or underkill? I know there's going to be odds and ends fitting but with shipping sometime taking till sept I'm trying to get the main stuff. Thanks for any advice.

Yes get the head studs. Everything else looks good to me but I have limited experience in comparison to the other guys here.

Any good options compared to ARP. This is a junkyard build and 400$ seems like a lot for studs.

What about something like summit racing speed master SDM-PCE279-1022. Looks like the same material and strength rating for a lot less.

ARP bolts and even the TTY bolts will get you to 800hp easily

Number 1 rule of LS motors is dont look at the came bearings

Don't look at the cam bearings, because they all look bad? Any reason not to switch them? Both the parts and tool aren't too expensive. Don't want to trash my new cam.

Someone needs to tell me why that's rule number one 😂

Looking at pistons (and maybe rods) I could probably spring for something like this. Or any better options in this ball park?

Consider a surge tank system. An add on inline pump is pretty limited.
