Dewey, did you catch that 02 reading of 1002 in the second file? Dayum, never seen one read that high.

Damn I must have really f**ked something up. It's a TR220/114lsa cam 6.0 with a 3.4 pulley, long tubes/Magnaflow. I got a copy of supposedly a Magnuson 6.0 Radix tune from another forum. I copied it over, but left my transmission settings. I messed with the idle as well, and pulled 2* timing to see if the KR would go away. I'm still not getting boost, but the vac goes up to 3 when I get into it. I will include a copy of my tune. I may have a tiny leak in the right header where I made a shitty block off plate for the EGR hole. Would that cause the weird O2 readings? Thanks for all the help, and let me know what else to check. I just checked all the lines and they are all plugged in. I might need to check the intake gaskets but that will be a pain. Could it be the cam? It's not a blower cam, but wouldn't I still get boost?

Tune looks fine. Something is mechanically wrong. It seems you aren't in boost IMO. You g/cyl never goes over .8 and your MAF never really goes over 29lbs. It's so long since I have looked at scans of 1bar and no wideband LMAO I suck. BlownChevy and these other turds would know better than me on the mechanical ideas.

At 85% TPS you're ltft is stuck at 12.5 on bank 2 and 9.4 on Bank 1. You're injectors are reflecting this all over your scan. One bank is adding more fuel than the other. Your MAF is 25.53lb/min at this time as well. I've never been good at the MAF N/A thing, but with a blower on, I'd suspect you'd be higher than 25lbs, you are only at 85% TPS though. Still g/cyl is low IMO. If you had a leaky intact gasket you'd have other symptoms too, but you certainly still be making boost. Leak somewhere after the MAF? MAF isn't seeing some air? But that bank 2 wanting to add that much more fuel seems intake gasket related. Brian?

Up that decay rate to .5!!! (don't let justin tell you otherwise either. )

Thanks for the decay rate tip. I'll take it out to the shop and check the intake tube post MAF. I will also check the bank 2 side for an intake leak. I thought I heard something when we set the Radix on but the gasket looked ok. It might have popped off one of the runners. Thanks for everything, I will let you know what happens.

Alright I upped the decay to like .2 and desensitized the knock sensors slightly. 90% of the KR is gone now. I also had a kink in the vacuum line to the boost gauge. Now I'm showing 3PSI for my maximum boost. I checked the intake closely and hear and feel no leaks. I just need to figure out why my LTFT on bank 2 are so high. Tomorrow I'll check the collector bolts and maybe swap out the 02 sensors with each other and see if it's still there. The sensors have maybe 3k miles, but it's worth a shot I guess. Dewman thanks for all the input. If you have any more ideas, please post them.

yeah, don't desensitize the sensor just yet. Work thru your issues first. I will agree the 99-2001 has their kr issue, but I wouldn't be comfortable turning those bad boys down just yet. They are saving you right now. Let's get the boost where it should be and those long term trims closer to each other first. Your tune is commanding safe fuel levels.

Yeah go over everything from those o2 sensors to the motor. I am on the side of the fence that small leaks usually don't make huge differences ( i have small leaks now) but seal that bitch up. Make sure exhaust goes where it should as does the intake. If you hear ANY pinging, get out of it.

Anytime!

Any progress here?

With a 6.0, long tubes and a 220 114 cam, I wouldn't expect to be making much boost with a 3.4" radix pulley. 3psi is probably low, but wouldn't expect more than 5psi based on my past experience. I think my truck made ~7psi with a 3.0 pulley and max of 8.5psi with a 2.75" pulley.

Get those lopsided fuel trim values back in line. Definitely sounds like an intake leak. Did I read something about you modifying the intake gasket to fit on your Radix? Do you have an early model with individual LS1 gaskets or a later model that uses truck gaskets?
