Final Parts List Review??
I am trying to piece together my final parts for my turbo 5.3 build. I need to choose an intake, throttle body, injectors, fuel pump and sensors. I have the stock intake and throttle body I see people saying they run them fine. I also see people recommending the Siemens Deka 60# injectors. Some say there isn't any good data on them others say they are the same as Bosch 60#. My turner said Deka's are fine. My fuel system right now is return style because it is a 02 Silverado. Also see people saying to get the ZR1 3 bar MAP. After reading for a few days at work I have some questions and hope someone can help me decipher all this talk.
1.) Does the stock truck 02 intake with EGR able to accept the ZR1 MAP? Do any mods have to be done to the intake? I see you need to switch some wires around or get a harness.
2.) What are some good injectors that will plug in play with the stock set up?
3.) Should I stay return or go returnless with a NNBS intake what would make things fit easier?
4.) Does the Walbro 450 like a return or returnless setup more?
5.) What would be the easiest setup for me to run maybe I am going in the complete wrong direction?
