20 below wiper fluid is 40% methanol. Adding 2 bottles of heat to 1 gallon of 20 below will get to the 50/50 ratio you are looking for.

well i'm commanding between 14 and 16* of timming but by the time the iat timming is pulled and kr is pulled it comes out to around 5-7*. and this is on 93octane. there is something else pulling timing too. some runs i didn't get KR but still had low timing. my tuning computer crashed so i have no tune to post at this time.


so basically i need something to help with cooling and 3rd gear.

As for the concentrate of meth in wwf, there was a post on tech by an alcy injection company, can't remember the name, but he said they tested about a dozen different brands of -20*wwf and there were all +or- 1-2% of being 30% meth. I have probable ran 25+ gals of strait -20* wwf though my motor

alright smart ***. i guess i could have worded it a bit differently. lol if i needed that kind i'd go back home to arkansas where its everywhere.

i just want this thing as daily driver friendly as possible. the FMIC has a nice hole in front of it. the air is blocked from going above it just because of where its at. its its blocked on the bttom because it against the valance. but air can free flow around the sides of the IC. so i plan on blocking that off some how to see if it will force more air through it. maybe some of those small tranny cooler fans.?.

i bet its sqeaky clean.

so is there a DIY way to do this or just buy a kit? and how much do these kits cost? can you make them come on with boost and temp? as in if temp is low don't come on but if temp gets high come on at "this" boost? maybe a hobbs switch and a thermostat all in series.

the,air brake line- antifreeze says100% methanol .but i wasnt sure wether to do it or not,it says 100 pct meth.idk what 100 meth will do to the engine tho.is it ok.id care if the law likes it i worry about my motor.im thinking about trying it and not adjusting any thing diff in tune ,in case i cant get it for some reason ,i can use the 50/50 .i would say that it would run cooler in boost than normal wich is good .ill have too get somemore opinions from u guys b4 i go ahead and try it.

I wouldnt have thought your IAT's would get that hot that fast. What was the outside temp when you hit 120? Highest I have seen mine after a WO pull to the top of 3rd was like 18-20 above. Of course I do have a large opening in my lower valance as well.

do you have the smaller of the 2 nozzles in ures? and did u change the rollpin in ure kit? too boost the pressure.when i called snow they told me 2 change it ,i guess that has been an issue.

When you add methanol are you suppose to remove fuel from your tune? I was thinking about just using water so it wasn't adding "fuel" because i won't be doing my own tuning and I didn't want to rely on the meth all the time. Sorry if I jacked the thread.
