Anyone running around a 105 ar on the exhaust Side with a log manifold running into issues with the AC lines?

I've read that you need to carefully bend that line over and out of the way. Might be a good idea to wrap it also.

Just grab the hose and pull it away. The aluminum bends easily.

You need as much room as possible. 1" would be a min.
You can also move the line at the compressor to gain more room.

After my A/C line exploded I rerouted it to give more clearance around the exhaust housing. It cleared no problem on a small turbo, but when I switched to an 80mm with 1.10A/R it was too close and didn't last long. It would have been cheaper and easier to just pull the system down, and move the line then recharge. If yours is too close and won't bend enough to provide clearance I highly suggest being proactive with a fix.

Yes and wrapped dp and wrapped ac line. The dp was the closest part not the housing itself.

I've had no problem with a 1.25 Borg Warner.
