Default Engine/turbo break in

What's the break in period and how do you do it on a engine with a turbo?
I've heard off guys running the engine NA before installing the turbo. That wasn't an option so how much damage am I doing on the turbo right now?

No more damage then all the engines that come factory with a turbo. Don't worry about it.

Put a heat cycle or two on it and best the hell out of it!

That does make sense. Just heard of people putting a filter inline with the turbo since you are seating new rings and there will be metal in the oil.

The oil going to the turbo is coming straight out of your engine filter. As long as you are using a decent brand filter, I wouldn't worry about it at all.
