I'm running E85 and 18psi with 96# injectors. Running about 85% duty cycle with fuel pressure set at 43.5psi and boost reference regulator.

What pump are you using? and are your injectors 96# at 3 bar? This makes a big difference......My injectors are 92#'s at 4 bar (58-59Psi) and i maxxed out at 8#'s with a vacumm referenced regulator i never got above my base 60psi so i know i ran outta fuel pump.... Im sure it has to do with being a 408ci motor and a pt88, but i was running 84% duty cycle at 8#'s of boost

96#'s at 3 bar. I'm running a Lonnie's dual pump set up. At WOT my fuel pressure is about 68 psi and holding steady. Lonnie told me the fuel system would be good for 1000rwhp on race fuel. Less on E85.

The fuel psi has a lot to do with how far you are going to get. I'm at 60~62 base then 1/1 after that. Twin 255's, with twin lines.

I'm new to fuel systems, but twin line is basically an AN feed line to each pump? Then to individual rails???

I have a 255 in tank running thru the stock line, and then a fitting in the bottom of my tank, with another 255 that sits beside the tank. The second 255 has it's own line that ties into a 2nd fuel fitting I added to the stock rail. So both pumps and lines are seperate and run into the same rail. The 2nd pump has a check valve in line, and comes on at 10psi. The check valve keeps fuel from feeding back thru the pump when it's not running.
