Dumb ?? maybe, how do I go about tightENing

The blower pulley op on my procharger.. It would appear that it is loose.. I think I caught it in time. Do I have to remove the filter, put a socket on the impeller side to do so.. Just curious, never done it before..

This may sound crazy but I used a big pipe wrench on the hub of the pulley and tightened the nut with a 1/2" drive ratchet/socket, it left a small mark on the pully but was able to really tighten the nut down.
Using an impact was a little scary because of the ceramic bearings.
