There is no doubt it will work. In fact, there are engines that have been around for decades with TurboSupercharged set-ups. Many aircraft have had or now have this same set-up. I have actually worked on one, but that has been years ago. I am sorry I can't give you exact production dates or names of companies or plane names but you should be able to find them on the net. If I am not mistaken I believe this is where water injection actually originated. To research those engines would probably bring forth a wealth of knowledge for your application. Just to look at one of these monsters is awe inspiring. You'll just need to fab-up some wings, and I can help with that!!!! Later....

Quick update. Swapped the 2.75 supercharger pulley for a 3.25 that I had. Boost dropped to 5lbs, but hp up to 476. Now that the discharge air isn't being so heated, it makes more power. Still trying to figure out which turbo system to go with. I don't really have a turbo cam and I am not going to change it. It is a 284-284 (232-232@ .050) with a 556-556 lift. It is ground on a 110 cl and installed +3.
I want to retain the SC because I would have to replace the TB, IAC & MAP and re-fabricate the throttle, trans & cruise cables & relocate most of the AC to just run a stand alone turbo. Mike is looking at space and plumbing to deceide if he can just plumb off the existing headers, or replace them with reverse mounted shorties, or a custom rear mount. I know the rear mount is his least favorite option. I know he is leaning towards to smaller twins instead of a large single, but I'm giving him a couple more days to work out the details. I know that over 600 rwph is in the plan.

600 rwhp should be pretty easy to hit. Are there tuning options for you guys yet or are you stock with either dodge tuning or Bigstuff?

The intake centerline is 107, the lobe centerline is 110, the exhaust centerline is 113 & the valve overlap is 64. The cam was installed +3 as reccomended by Clay Smith Cams. I have the FAST computer with 72lb injectors, so tuning is not a problem.

Ah the overlap is a bit high for the turbo (but that's true for the blower as well and may have had an impact on your max boost levels with the kb). Still, I doubt its worth the effort to change it unless it becomes a problem after the turbo goes in or if you are worried about wringing every last hp out of it -- then again, the combination of those two power adders may make all such problems vanish 
For me, I used to run a 230/236 .61x/.61x on a 114lsa (so roughly 55ish overlap) and it was horribly rough with the turbo. I switched to my present cam (236/230 .60x/.60x on a 115lsa) and it's much improved and SOTP made better / smoother power gains. Since a blower wants a dual pattern and the turbo seems to like a reverse split, the single pattern cam seems like a great compromise for your setup.

Do to space limitations on the drivers side, transfer case and driveline there is little or no room to run the plumbing for a front mount turbo. It looks like we are back to a rear mount set up. I am encouraged after talking to Kenne Bell. They think it will work great. They said the twin screw will love the feed of already compressed air, it will make it more efficent. So we are working with STS now to come up with a kit of sorts. I think the problem will be coming up with the right turbo the first time. I'm wanting 12-14 lbs from it. I think we want to go on the large side in order to have lower discharge temps from it. The SC boost should cover any lag. I am considering a shot of water/meth injection to be added just before the SC. We will see what happens over the next few weeks.
