In two years I never got tired of my Radix.

With my Lightning it always brought the smile to my face when you heard that whine start and you take off.

Just ask your self what your power goals are and if you are eventually going to want to go over what you say you want right now. Either way you go you will eventually start throwing supporting mods on it. The Radix is a great bolt on kit that is very complete. It will give you 100,000. miles of trouble free service as long as you dont spin it beyond its limits. The turbo offers more upgradability in the future, and higher hp potential. If you properly size the turbo you wont really have lag. It may require some fabrication, but im sure the effort is worth it in the end. Both are fun and you will enjoy either. It all comes down to personal preference and power goals.

Can anyone honestly say they know exactly what they want their truck to be. I think everyones plans change some through the project.

I will be honest with myself and say that I am sure I would put a different pulley on the radix after a while. That comes from my old Lightning days so I can understand what a pulley change can do.

I keep telling myself that this isn't the platform to try to make the fastest thing around...but then the other side of my brain says....why not....

I know I will be happy with either one. So maybe it comes down to the cost. When I am ready and what is available at that time in the used market.

all i know is that my friend has an sts and they told him that oil leaks in the turbo are common on the sts. Just give sts a call and act like you own one of there turbos and they will tell you oil leaks are common. That's why i didn't get one.
