Default Does milling weaken the head?

How bad are milled heads when it comes to FI? Does it significantly decrease the amount of cylinder pressure the head can hold? I think mine are milled about .020" with 68cc chambers. The reason I ask is that if the milled heads dont cause any problems I can keep my heads and use them with a built motor where I can build the CR around the pistons and not the limitations of my combustion chambers.

BTW, I'm currently looking for some good condition 317s with double springs. Let me know if you have anything.
