Default divided turbine housing

Would there be any problems running a divided housing on an undivided manifold?

Shouldn't be any problem at all. Im sure most people aren't running a divided manifold with a divided housing.

Thumbs up

Good way to do things IMO. Allows you to install a "quick spool" valve to bring boost on sooner.

it's not an issue, but it would be better to run a divided housing and manifold....

Thanks for the replies. I figured it would be optimal to match them up but the turbo that I would like to upgrade to later is undivided. So I would like to go ahead and build the hotpipes with an undivided flange.

What type of headers are you going to build?

Im not building the headers just the crossover. First I was just going to to this. But I think with two passenger side manifolds, I will be able to turn the driver side down and forward. Run the crossover down by the balancer. I think it will look a lot cleaner. I would like to run the OBX headers but think they will come too far forward.

What size pipe would you run then. 2.5 then neck down right at the flange? splitting the banks will make me run two wastegates right?
