just wondering what the differences were, if its just the throttle body then i would assume the 07+ would be a better buy, just get the 87mm or 90mm throttle body?

I think the head unit of the tvs is the same, the one for NBS should come with a TB adapter.
Injectors are different, water pump is different so the bracket is not the same, fuel rails are different too.

You'll need injector adapters or new injectors, a new water pump, new fuel rails and I'm not sure on the fuel pump part.
