Spent a few hours this weakend porting and polishing the intake and discharge housings on the whipple . Had a few days off from work so i figure what the hell , why not . Should be good for a pony or two .
The castings on these things are rough as hell so anything you do to them should help out some . Anyway take a look at the pics .
the discharge side showing how rough the casting is .

Looks good. I have been thinking about doing that for a while. I'm glad to see someone has decided to do it. Please post your results, would like to know if it makes any difference. If it does, then maybe I will get off my lazy butt and do it to mine.

So if i have some time this weak after work i will get it put back together .
Im trying to get my buddy to paint the whipple for me , so its going to be awhile before i can get it back on the truck .
The winter time is when i usually try to get stuff done , so i dont drive my truck anyway to much damn road salt everywhere . Ill have here up and running by Spring .
