Awesome job I have been looking at your post since you posted it. It was right around the same time I came up with my idea to do the same thing. I am tired of the intake tube not fitting right you know aftermarket parts nothing is a 100% fit. I am just curious how the 4" silicone sleeves fit on the throttle body? Any gaps when you tightened it down with the worm clamp? I was debating between the straight 4" sleeves to the reducing sleeves because of the being about throttle body 3.75"/intake tube 3.35" in diameter.

 

My throttle body is 4", i am running a 90mm LS3 TB.

If your TB is a 3.75 then just run a reducer.
