ok- i have read lots of posts- can't figure out if there is a consensus on what is best for the 8.1. whipple, radix, magnacharger?? or is there a really simple bolt on kit for any of them that would give me low end torque and power for towing and everyday driving?? I don't care about WOT gains, I need real usable power. Lots of $$ to spend on these, and I want reliability foremost and more low end power that I can use. any suggestions or those with experience....

 

If you want a top mount, I'm afraid you're SOL. There probably isn't enough demand for anyone to fab an intake and drive to fit that big boy. A p/d blower with 500 cubes to work with would be a mega hoot though.
