Compressor surge

Compressor surge
I have a TBSS with STS turbo. I am experiencing compressor surge when I let off the throttle. My Tial BOV works fine, but it doesnt stop all the surge. I think that the length of the charge pipe might be the problem. Do any of you think that a second BOV between turbo and intercooler will work?
