nitro methane is strictly for top fuel dude. don't mess with that stuff unless you have deep pockets.

I like to run springs only in my racetruck. I get tired of messing with controllers.
If I do use one, it's very simple. It's the cheap turbosmart controller that bleeds off the hose.

You used c16, but mixed it with alot of pump gas. I run about 7 gallons of 110 with about 3 gallons of 93.

my new set up is high compression. high boost too lol. 10.4-1 is what It is supposed to be.

I thought is was his tune and over boost that caused the failure?

That's why I always build FI tunes so if it over boost or get into a part of the table that isn't tuned for, it goes pig rich and pulls a ton of timing. I know my truck will instantly pull about 10* of timing if I go over 16psi, and my VE tables look like valleys with the tuned part being the bottoms and everything else is a far bit higher just in case something like what happened to him happens. I can't afford new motors every other week

i used 8 gals of c16 and there was about 10gals of 93. and was using meth.kb is right it was the tune and the over boost that caused it.

i cant afford new motors im in too damn deep to stop..lol i am getting the hang of all this tuning stuff..you know that was the same block that i got from you.( talk to the shop and they decked it and is like new)LOL just cant kill it.....

mine is 9.25:1 TEXAS SPEED HIGHLY recommended me to run that set up with my 408ci and 88mm turbo for street/strip application for 750+ on pump gas and who knows on the meth..lol

lol... been caught up riding 4 wheelers lol
bought me a built motor'd can-am 800ish...lol now it is bein painted

i do need a few things:
cam
springs
studs
and a few small things
