Default Centrifugal superchargers No Low End

This setup with forged internals, stock heads and cubes diffuses the no low end with a Centrifugal SC 450RWTQ at 3600 WOW plus ECS has a 10 rib belt setup which should reduce belt issues

Will the Radix 122 be able to match the TQ after 4k?

Sorry, here it is.. does the dyno graph show up? 747RWHP and 637RWTQ and not just a one off... He has posted other cars with comparable results.. With the proper stall the Radix would have a low end advantage for what a tenth of a second or less.....

I figured I would post this since it seams to be the most popular package that we do, being that it is the most cost effective way to make over 800hp.
The mods are as follows;
ECS PAXTON kit with the eight rib upgrade
ECS 04 fuel system
ECS alky kit, dual nozzle
Forged rods
forged pistons
longtube headers
gauges-boost/fuel
ECS blower cam with double roller timing chain
Comp 921 springs
ARP studs

The rest of the car is 100% stock, including the non ported LS6 cylinder heads. That is also through the stock cat back and cats . This car is so stealthy, a passanger in the car would not think much of it.... untill you layed into it.

Just the facts...
3600rpm isn't low end IMO. That is well into the midrange.
Here is a radix that is producing more tq @2500 than the centrifugal peaked. Granted it isn't an apples to apples test comparison but this 402 wasn't built for FI. Just posting this to prove that the Radix 122 shouldn't have any problem hanging with the torque beyond 4k.

I read it as being a 346 14lbs of boost is good .

With a 3000 or better stall in any type of racing situation "dig, roll 30 40 60 ect.. How much time would motor be below 3600 in any gear? Below 3600 would happen once during the race depending on gear spacing an shift points or with a higher stall not at all.

We have had a few calls regarding this package with people asking if Rays car was a fluke with those numbers so I figured I would post this weeks 346 ZO6. The only difference between this car and Rays car is that we did mild port work on the stock heads and he has a cat back exuast system, otherwise they are identicle.
Your probably right about the 122 hanging in there past 4k.. but how far past 4k will the 122 go?

yes, you are correct. in a race car low end doesn't matter much if you have the stall and gears to get around it. centrafugals are great for drag racing. not so great for daily driven trucks.

346 @ 14psi = good
402 @ 14psi = better....maybe

If the 122 can push 14psi on a 402. I'd imagine it's possible but maybe one of the Maggie freaks will get on here with the flow #'s and math.

Having have owned a 112 Radix I find that for what I like to do a Centrifugal or turbo is more street friendly. What I mean is to run the amount of boost I like to the positive displacement blower build too much boost down low in order to achieve 12+ psi max, which get's you into power enrichment sooner and kills mileage. If you are running less than 10psi then the PD blower is great. Just my .02

And calling it midrange/low end is a matter of opinion. Midrange for a race set-up is different than midrange for a street set-up, etc as you stated. Wouldn't a centri charger company, when comparing theirs to a positive displ. charger, want to start comparison #'s around 3600rpm and call it "low end"?

One thing to keep in mind
The 402 was on an engine dyno
The 346 was on a chassis dyno
