What heads are you running?

 

the 5.3 heads, if they will work. Haven't figured out yet if the chamber is big enough to get the compression down to around 9:1. Any ideas on this are welcome as well.

 

I just ordered a ED Curtis Cam, he can hook you right up.

 

I would think that the 5.3 heads would riase compression. Why not 6.0 317 heads. They are relatively cheap and will lower compression.

 

They also have larger valves and higher flow #'s

 

Mine is going under the knife for a cam change in November at Futral Motorsports. I'll be posting the results. Currently running a tiny cam 216/218 that was oringinally made to run with the Whipple. Will be going with somthing quite alot larger Cam specs to be determined by Allan at Futral.
