I just figured I'd tell you guys how my Trick turbo is working after about a year of driving and around 12,000 miles.

I just happen to catch a light with a guy in a C5 corvette today, and his license plate said "Y TRY". So I thought I'd test him out. After motioning for him to run, and him nodding ok the light turned green, and I put about 3 cars on him up to around 80mph when he decided to quit. It another vette kill for the truck, and statement for how well this truck performs with a stage 5 kit.

I have 80lb Injectors, and an Alky Control meth kit, the truck is totally stock other than that, except for the turbo kit. I'm still running the stock muffler even. You cant even tell my truck is modified, unless I step on the gas.

How much boost and stock trans ?

I was just reading some of your old posts tonight and here this thread pops up ! Researching a possible turbo setup for my Denali DD .

 

Stock trans, and boost spikes to 10.6lbs on the shift. Maxes at 10lbs normally.

 

That's awesome , a 10 psi daily AWD truck = big fun .

I love hearing the 6.2 /6L80E success stories . I think people are finally getting them tuned correctly
