X2. I could see 350+ being easily hit if its 95+ and humid.

Ambient temps were like 95+ I didnt take a low side reading for whatever reason. Ill look at it a little more and report back low and high side readings. The cover im talking about is the top cover that connects the core support and the grill. and the little rubber mats that are on each side of the radiator. The one that direct air through the radiator.

I'm no engineer, but I'd bet that GM didn't put those covers in to use up some extra plastic they had laying around.

Low side should be 30-45ish and high side should never be too much over 250
Sounds like e-fans are in order...if u have access to a large fan put that in front of the condenser, if it brings your pressures down then you're not getting enuff air, also can run a garden hose across the condenser...should bring pressures down and make colder air. Have you added freon? an overcharged system will act the same way.

If you have the stock manual fan still.? Your fan clutch is bad..I would switch to E-fans if this is the case. Just changed my Mom's fan clutch on her Suburban for the same issue..

Make sure when you take readings engine speed is at 1500-2000 rpms or what ever rpm your truck cruises at, and if you gonna take some of the charge out do it at the same engine speed and i wouldn't bring it down any lower than 45 psi.
