Default building intercooler set up

I am about to start my procharger build and was wondering if you guys had any tips for me about intercooler placement and how to route my tubing. I am going to be running a p1sc 8psi, with a synapse synchronic by pass valve.

If you havent already purchased the bypass valve, Id look into either the open or closed big red race valve from Procharger. By far the best sounding and operating bypass valve for a procharger (or even turbo setup), in my opinion of course. Procharger recommends to mount the bypass between the charger and the intercooler. I had mine between the intercooler and the tb, its really just a personal preference thing I think. I dont think there will be much of a difference either way. If you plan to stay with a MAF tune however, I would probably mount it between the charger and the intercooler, as the bypass valve operation will mess with the MAF readings if it is too close to it. As far as an intercooler goes, the factory 2 core procharger ones are pretty crappy. You can pick up one on ebay or spend more coin and get one from treadstone and they will be quite a bit more efficient. When it comes to the mounting, Im not too familiar with the NNBS trucks so I cant offer much help there. Behind the grille would be ideal for the most air flow, but I have no idea how much room is there on your truck. Hopefully one of the boosted NNBS guys will jump in and offer more there.

Thank you for the advice. I was more wondering about the intercooler piping.. routing and what not.
