Ok so lemme get it strait.. Lower port goes to the compressor side.. top port goes to the boost controller then to the intake.. or intake manifold...

yeah lower port to compressor side or manifold i do manifold. then top port to controller then manifold. i would recommend using the same vacuum reference point for both though ie from manifold to a tee then from left tee to bottom port then right tee to controller then top port. I'll see if i can draw a horrible picture for ya lol.

oh yeah and that's intake manifold

well hooked everything up.. tried it out.. and the bov does not work.. its a greddy type S bov.. I hooked one side to the intake manifold and the other to the intake it self.. nothing.. turbo makes boost but not much.. abotu 5 psi... but cant do wot or it craps out.. so whats the issue.. its a t60 compressoer with a t3 turbine side..

is it on a honda? that turbine side is way too small. my turbonetics bov has top port to manigold bottom to charge pipes. works everytime. try just the top port to manifold and leave other open. but what do you mean by crapping out?

the BOV spring could be too tight. thats the issue with mine. use the cross reference that tial has on there site to make sure you have the correct spring in the BOV. I think I have to change mine out to a softer spring because im running 10lbs and its not even opening up yet.
