boosted head gasket and spark plug question

Sorry to hack but i need to ask yesterday i blew a headgasket on a turbo tahoe head didnt crack or anythi g just gasket out and coolant in number 7 piston can i put the heads back in with just new gaskets?

Also didnt over heat anything so dont think heads warped any input or help would be great oh and i was pushing 15psi
