Just to update this. I have decided to run the 370. I am going to run the diamond pistons and I bought some scat h-bra am rods. Then some new main studs for the stock crank.
Then I got a stage 2 turbo cam from Brian Tooley and some tfs 220 heads(massaged by Tooley). I also bought an edelbrock pro flo and some id1000's to top of the motor. I'll be putting in dual 400's into a 06 fuel tank for fuel.
Did I miss anything?

Well that's pretty close to what Im going to have on my motor. Specs are
Diamond -15cc dish pistons
Scat rods with arp 2000 bolts
Stock crank with arp mains
Tooley cam 226/231 605 598 113+4
Trick flow 220 heads worked over by Tooley 65cc chamber they will bring my compression up to 9.4 from 8.8
Edelbrock proflow intake with 90mm tb
Id1000 injectors
Dual walbro 400 pumps
Built 4l80
P.I. Multi disk 3200 converter
That should be about it, replacing timing set, lifters and trays. I might have missed a few things but this should run pretty decent. I will have to run my master power turbo for a couple weeks after I finish the build to recoupe some cash. Then I will either go with a bigger turbo. Either 76/76 or 76/75.
I am going to get 4 drag radials for it to go with my caltracs. I have never been able to hookup the first truck length or two. Going to go with either the nitto 555r's or the nt05r on my stock 20's. That should hook pretty well. I can't remember my last weight. But iirc it was about 5650 with me and a little over 1/4 tank of fuel and my 22's on the truck.
I think this will get me to my goal and a little more.

Did it do any damage to your block or crank? That doesn't sound healthy. I wonder if the stock crank will take that much with those main caps?

there is alot of good information here. kinda makes me rethink my 404 lol..
although my 404 feels stronger because of the torque but i think my old motor reved a bit faster.
maybe others will tell there experiance with that.
