Default Boost Controller- Use compressor cover or intake port for best results

I'm installing a Hallman MBC and wondering what the BEST location to connect to.

Compressor Cover -> MBC -> WG on their own circuit.

OR

Intake manifold port -> MBC, Boost gauge, BOV -> WG shared circuit with T fittings.

Am I over thinking it or is there a possibility that one option would result in quicker and more accurate air flow to the MBC and therefore work the WG efficiently? I could test it but wanted to see if anyone has already done this.

Use highest pressure source, which will always be the compressor cover.
