boost comes on strong but as engine rev's up boost creeps to zero?

Ahhh I got it! Turned out I installed the boost control regulator improperly.. I had Rick from STS mail me the instructions as I lost the originals. I saw that the regulator goes off a tee from the boost reference line and regulates boost to the BACK of the wastegate, applying pressure on the back side of the diaphram. I simply had the regulator In-line on the boost reference line.
