I've been told that anything smaller than 3.1 on a 5.3 is a waste of time. I think I'm going to try the 3.1 to take advantage of the good fall weather, too. I think a touch up on your tune would help a ton on your combo. I ran a best of 13.24 @102 with Drag Radials last night. With your converter, you should be seeing 1.8 60' times.

I agree and hope a touch on the tune will help a ton. I've read anything above 10psi and you risk headgaskets and over capacity the intercooler's ability to keep respectable IAT's. I've been waiting to get all the parts on that I want, keeping a safe tune then tweak it for power. Hope to tune it myself. I don't see any real KR now. Next purchases are wideband 02 and adapter to feed data into HPT for WB tuning.

Pulled 1.9X 60 ft times last time at track in 95+ degree heat.

Got the pulley in and on. Boost is now back up to about 8.5 psi. Couldn't find a smaller serpentine today so had to put the original back on. Got a GatorBack on order. So far so good. Can't wait to get to the track, really hoping to pull some solid mid to low 13's in the cooler temps hanging around.

I think the 3.0 pulley will get me to my 10 psi goal on the 5.3 w/cam headers.

I finally got the gatorback 112.5 belt in and on. The old stretch-a-rooney between the hands of the 2 belts says that the gatorback in not much if any shorter than the stocker. What is the stock radix belt length?
