After installing a return style fuel system on my truck, it was time for a rip. After tuning in my short term/long term fuel trims, it was time to see what my WOT a/f's were. My normal exhaust setup for the street (I like to be quiet on the street) are DynoTech long tube header's with a DynoMax Turbo muffler and the stock resonator and a ProStreet electric cutout. Well I forgot to open the cutout....The DynoMax muffler split at the seams. Anyone make a boost proof muffler?

I'm running a stock chambered muffler and she's holding pretty good on 10+ boost with the cut-outs closed. I destroyed a baffled flowcrapper in less than a week on 6 lbs of boost.

 

Anyone boosted try running an Aero Turbine muffler?

 

STS makes a pretty good muffler. I have a GT67 that is holding up pretty well.
