If you want to get together sometime I can show you my tranny cooler setup (dual coolers with fans) and my intercooler that I just installed yesterday, sounds like you are wanting to do something similar. I have pics of the tranny coolers somewhere here on pt.net, I'll see if I can dig them up.

I thought there was a thread on here awhile back where some one actually put a larger HX under the blower. I could be mistaken though, but I know I saw pics of one cracked open. Anyway even if a larger HX won't fit, maybe one with more passes might be advantagous. It'll obstruct the flow of the blower somewhat, but it might not be that bad depending on the dia. and shape of the tubing.
