Blowing oil fill cap off

I actually saftey wired my oil fill cap down while I was in the process of fixing my oiling issues. Just drilled a small hole into the edge of the cap and wired the other to a hard point to keep it from popping up or turning out.

I like the idea of a tie down, and now that i think about it I feel like a jack *** for not thinking of that after the second blow off happened.. . If any one gets a chance shoot me a PM or post up a link to these billet vented caps, I could not locate one. I am trying to PM blue01 also.

Don't feel bad, expecting your oil cap to blow off more than once seems crazy until it happens. We all live and learn to some extents with these crazy mods we are doing.
