I got a set of stainless studs on eBay for like $25, they work great!

I think I bought the ones for the ls1. Just put them on the turbo side and sell the rest if you don't want to spend that much.

I also have half a set of stainless arp studs available, they work great. I am missing two washers and a nut though. $30 plus shipping to anyone who wants them. It was 100+ for the whole kit...

Great idea. I re used my stock manifold bolts when I installed my trick kit. After 20k miles and only re torquing them after initial warm up. I have no leaks.

Might be a good idea to get some stainless studs when I pull it back off.

Do u guys put anything on the threads that go into the alum head?

I went to a bolt company in town and bought grade 8 studs, nuts, and washers for mine on both sides. Think it was about 30 bucks if I remember right.
