Mine did. It looks like a little 192 bulb with a positive and negative wire off the back that snaps into the back of the gauges. They give you two little covers to choose the color light output you want. Had a red and green cover.

 

Ak, what did you use to paint yours? Is it a close match?

 

About as close as I could find. It's a hair off but not enough to notice unless you are trying.
used this stuff and just left it as is, no clear coat or anything
