So then even with 90+ temps the livernois doesn't have any heat issues? That's great to hear! How's the Livernois fit in your Avalanche? Does it seem too tight?

Keep in mind that the engine in the TBSS actually sits closer to the passenger side than the driver's side, making even less room for the Livernois kit. I don't see how it could possibly fit in the TBSS.

The rats nest of heater core and A/C lines on the passenger side would make for alot of custom line fabbing. Frame rails are really close near the bottom of the engine making a bottom mount kit difficult as well. I'm thinking if you yank the water pump driven fan, go efans, maybe there will be a little room up in front of the motor. Just a guess. I haven't had the front clip of a Trailblazer off but perhaps there is also room for remote mount turbo(s) in front of the front wheels... kinda like whats been done with late model Mustangs. Bottom line is its gonna take a shop disassembling the front of the Trailblazer to see where they can stuff a hairdryer or 2. I'm sure this is already happening... just that you won't here about it until most of the fab work is done... and the fab shop has an idea of whether or not they can make money on a kit based on its complexity and possible need to custom fab stuff for relocation and what not...

I'll betcha STS or one of their dealers is already working on a rear mount kit...

for those that have the livernois kit, what all needs to be relocated? doesn't the a/c line need to be modified? i'm really concerned about the heat also. i drive my truck every day and i don't want to have to worry about it.

With the Livernois kit, i don't think anything needs to be relocated. As for the heat issue, Lord Aries said that he had been driving in 90+temps in Florida. So from the looks of it, it doesn't heat up as bad as I thought. If you're truck is a DD, then just keep the boost down and I don't think you should have any heat issues.

Is this the only part that would be relocated? I guess it's good to hear that there isn't alot more parts that needed to be moved.

alan at futral is installing my kit. he said the a/c line had to be made and the down pipe has to connected to the exaust. no biggy. but don't ever plan on changing plugs. he said the kit was missing items and or some were wrong. he called livernois a few times and nobody would call him back. he had to source the parts he needed himself. i thought that kind of sucked. since i spent 6700. on the kit. needless to say he says it still is going to make some really good power. but for what i spent i could have a custom kit built that would have made a little more power. but all in all i am happy so far. even though i haven't seen or driven it yet.

hopefully i'll be in a week or two.

Be sure to post some pics when it's all done! I want to see how it'll all turn out.

is your new truck all wheel drive? You can help your goal of 11 sec. if you use a stall and build the tranny.
