i dont think it's lame... to each thier own i just think turbos are more efficient, guess if you like more low end torque the s/c is the way to go, if you like and want massive top end hp get a turbo..

The TVS supercharger pulls every bit as hard as a turbo does up top.....and I would challenge you on the more efficient comment. You are correct about one thing, to each his own.

Im going to have to call them tomorrow...everything seemed ok motor wise..compressions good...no abnormal noises comming from the motor. Im going to get them to send me the dyno graph to see whats up. Canadian Performance is doing the tune for me and from what I've heard they are pretty good.

You'll get her worked out. Tuning plays a HUGE role in the power department and also do not put your heart on a dyno number. They vary alot. Were you on a Mustang dyno by any chance, converter locked, strapped down good???

dyno was a dyno jet, duno how it was straped down....but the converter was unlocked they said they couldnt lock it...when they figure out why it wasnt locking they were closed lol. could the AWD t-case in the SS not be giving alll the power to the rear?

Wait a minute here, I smell something fishY! So you are on a REAR wheel dyno with an all wheel drive SS??? Did you disconnect the front driveshaft to accomplish this feat? You do know that the AWD NVG 149 transfer case uses a "center differential" a viscous coupling, that when there is no load to the front will not physically be possible to transfer 100% of the torque to the rear wheels. Hope you already knew this though, but I guess I also hope that this is the problem as that would make finding your lost power easy! Just go to a dyno shop that has an AWD dyno! Just a note of caution, that viscous coupling wont like being twisted around like that, continuing to operate it this way could cause some issues for you!

Wish it was that easy to find an AWD dyno that can facilitate our wheelbase. They are few and far between. When I dyno'd (50+ pulls over 3 years), the RWHP / TQ numbers were pretty much what I expected so the loss can't be that much.
