Think I would have already wasted the G80 if not for spreading out the load via the 4wd system.

I always catch these threads too late to offer this same opinion. parsih always points this out! LOL

You plan to use the meth no matter what right? Don't waste your time tuning around not having meth when you plan to anyway. Try the meth first before esinking your dough into the injectors. What's to hurt?

I bought the injectors a couple months back. Before I made up my mind to get the Meth kit. I will try out the Meth injection before installing them. I can always put them back up on E-bay if need be. You guys have talked me into trying to incorporate injection in boost (PE) into the tune and AFR. As large doses as runs well. Wondering how long a windshield washer tank of methanol will last?

Mine last along time. I have it starting at 5 pounds of boost and I have gone through 10 gallons since Aug of last year.

Pulley is on. Only netted me about 1.5 lb more boost. About 8 1/2 half now. Read the alky injection might increase boost a little?

Have the alky kit about 3/4 installed. Pump mounted, tank mounted, washer fluid tank re-located, wiring from the pump up to the controller under the dash and connected. PAC, power distribution, and gain controller mounted. Got the output LED in the gauge pod. Still have the power connections, map sensor, pump hoses and nozzle to get in. I REALLY do not like doing under the dash wire routing and wiring and such. Still don't have any damn Methanol to put into it. Local speed shop keeps say yeah I'm gonna put in an order for it. Calling around to find it. Might have to drive 100 miles just to buy some.

Put the new intercooler pump in. I would say flow was down 2/3's with the old pump. Going to tear it apart and see if I can tell what was going on with it. I would suggest you Radix guys keep an eye on the inter-cooler pump flow. No telling how long it had been screwing up.

Going to the muffler shop tomorrow morning. Gonna try and get the resonators installed in the tail pipes.

Dunno what Whistler tips are? Guessing some type of resonator also. I bought a couple Magnaflow stainless round resonators, going into each tailpipe beside the spare tire. Shop wasn't able to squeeze me in today. Gotta wait till next Saturday.

[QUOTE=2004Denali]This is where I installed my ALKY controller,

That looks trick! Is the top LED the low level light? I'm using the stock washer tank and will know I'm low with the check washer fluid message in the info center. Just hung my controller under the dash. All my 4WD buttons are in the slot that you mounted in. Thought about pulling everything out of the controller box and putting them in a blank area above the air passenger airbag switch but would have had to extend wiring and the likes. Got lazy and just stuck it on. Looks okay. Could still do it later on if I want.

Lots of work getting everything tucked away under the dash. I put the pump power box, pac controller, and map sensor in a space under the steering wheel behind the panel at your knees. Thank you adhesive backed hook and loop! I also put the pump 12V on a 30 amp relay that comes on with switched 12V. Pulled in the 12v to run the pump to the relay from a large lug at the fuse box under the hood. Kind of worried about finding enough amps in the fuse block. Anyway its all wired up. Just waiting on the pump lines and I'll be testing it out.
