I finally, after three years issues and running and 8 rib belt on a mixed 8/10 rib setup, i now have a 100% ten rib setup, with an ATI 12% OD damper, gates HD ten rib tensioner, twin double bearing HD idlers from Metco, and a one off 2.7" pulley from Joe leftcoast32.
I am also running the gates HD green belt now as well (Kevlar)

I should see around 15# on the 427

Nice, post up some pics of that. I was running a HD Green belt but since installing the OD crank pulley there is not one that fits.

That was my problem too - the only green belt they make near my size is a 109.1, so I had to swap out my 100mm idlers for some 90mm ones, which are on their way from Metco... Should be here Tuesday, once I have it in I will take some pics.

Joe, leftcoast32, has also designed some additional parts for the system, which I will post when it's installed

What size were you looking for before going to the 90mm?

I am hoping when the time comes that I go 8 rib I'll be able to use the K081102HD which is the 110 3/4.

IIRC the belt size is the item number -

K08 = 8 ribs
1102 = 110.2"
HD = Heavy Duty (green)

This was explained to me on one of my many calls to gates.

You may have to use 100mm idlers if you run a small SC pulley

Yep, however based on gates info I have found the last number to be erratic

Here is my Pwr steering pulley. I had removed the bracket when I pulled the head, so that's why it isn't lining up. But you can see it. Let me know if you want more pics.
