I am having some difficulty getting proper HP and boost from my set up. Engine guys please help. The manufacture gave me a “similar engine” dyno and it is supposed to have 420 hp to the wheels. They wheel dyno’ed it last week and gave me a dyno sheet showing 180 hp /220 torque to the wheels at 3.2 boost at 3,000 rpm. Boost declined to 2.4 at 6,000 rpm.
It is a Turn Key Engine
6.0 LQ9 Iron Block
Magnacharger with 3.10 pulley
LS6 camshaft set
Head Set Casting #317
Fuel 91 pump gas, bosh fuel pump
Gears in Dyna 60 4.88
4L80E Transmission
Atlas 4 speed transfer case
39 inch BFG Tires
They say my big tires are causing so much loss. About 60% loss supposed to be 540 at the crank.
What can I do to the motor to make it have better results?

Magnacharger suggested the belt was slipping and even gave me some pictures to show Turn Key about a second belt tensioner but Turn Key squawked said their belt set up is "better". They are working on it again tomorrow and I asked them to double check the belt and the pictures Magnacharger sent.
What could cause a leak?

Lots of things but over tightening the blower to the heads is one known cause. If an installer is not experienced or doesn't read the torque specs he would most likely crank it down too much. Thats just one I know of.
If your belt is slipping you should see powdered rubber somewhere.

The LS6 cam is not the problem. A 3.1" pulley should get you around 6-7psi with some variables. The first thing I'd check with the problem you're seeing is the crankshaft balancer. If you're not seeing belt material from slippage you either have a problem with the balancer slipping, intake gasket leaking, or throttle body not opening all the way. Your drivetrain loss should be around 26-30%, not 60%.

I run a 3.4" pulley and get 7 psi.
