Who says you can'r run a 111 duration Cam on a FI vehicle?I've gone as low as 110 LSA with very nice results
I would agree that the Cam listed there is not right for the app. but if you could advance it alot it would pick up alot of midrange.

I don't think they'd see a lot of gain with a FI cam, at least not on the top end. I'm will to bet they'd see the same top end, maybe a little less, but way more low end. I had a hotcam (112 LSA) and then switched to an 02 Z06 cam, and that's what my butt dyno experienced.
