Ya, lag is really only there with a turbo if it's not spooled up, like when you sitting at a stop light idling and the turbo is just barely spinning. If your cruising down the road, then the turbo is spooled up and boost is near instant when you step on the gas, especially on a turbo sized and setup like yours.

No take it OFF the jack stands and see what it does ...seriously cant wait to see what it will do I know you are push it to the max for sure !!!

 

turn up the boost today to 15 still on the same tune it had when procharged, and feels pretty strong. 60mph rolls on the 20s are useless

For 1/4 throttle I'm shocked at how fast it spools up!

Now you see why the turbo has to no lag from a slow roll compared to a centrifical s/c. Once you can go wot, you will be amazed at the difference.

 

Will be interesting to see your take on a turbo charger since you've pretty much had a bit of everything on your truck up to now!
