It's all a guessing game at this point. I'll log pressures when I fire it up and provide the results.

Thanks for all the compliments. Glad you guys like the build. I'm pretty excited. First time I've built something nice for myself in a long time.

1:1 would be sweet to see. I'll bet you will be well into 2nd gear before you reach full boost though.

Ive seen quite a few guys with 480 chargers on 4.8, with proper tuning and that manifold i bet he gets boost pretty quick, also depends on how much he is going to run

I had an S480 on a 4.8. Even with a quick spool valve, it was a laggy *****. lol

I'm anticipating lower back pressure. Lower back pressure requires a lot of gate and good placement. I need to avoid creep if I'm only running 7psi.

Low pressure doesn't translate to slow spool. If it flows well you'll see roughly the same spool.

My goal is to be under 1:1 so I can run a cam with a decent amount if overlap. I had a supra way under 1:1 a few years back. Added 6 degrees in from cam timing. Picked up 100whp. It's apples to oranges, but that's cheap power if you plan a little.

I do have a t6 1.1 if it's that high to try. I have to make another manifold, but oh well.

It was a T6 96mm 1.32, the big box stock one. With the quick spool AR was effectively reduced to .66 until around 7psi when the quick spool opened. Still a lot of mass for that little 4.8 to turn, though. Made a lot of power though, so you'll be in for some fun once it gets moving.
